Pop’z Infused Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cup of Pop’z Infused Olive Oil (or Pop’z Infused Coconut Oil)
  • 6 ripe Bananas (the riper, the better)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 Pint of Sour Cream
  • 4 Cups of white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 4 Cups of flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 Cups of chopped walnuts

Instruction

Preheat the oven to 325F.

Blend Popz Infused Olive Oil, bananas, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the blended wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in the walnuts.

Grease a bread pan and fill it 3/4 of the way from the top. This recipe will make 3 to 5 large loaves or 8 to 10 small loaves of bread. If you have multiple pans, feel free to bake more than one at a time.

After an hour, stick a toothpick in the loaf to see if it comes out with anything sticking to it. Note that the bread is moist.
