Popz Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of softened Popz Infused Plain Jane Butter
  • 1 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 Cup of white sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Teaspoons of vanilla
  • 3 Cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of hot water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Cups of Chocolate chips

Instruction

Preheat the oven to 275F.

Cream the softened Popz Infused Plain Jane Butter with the brown and white sugar until smooth. Using an electric mixer will make this a little easier. Beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Stir in the vanilla. Mix the sugars at a higher speed until the green tone from Popz Infused Plain Jane Butter lightens up. Dissolve the baking soda with the hot water in a small bowl. Once the baking soda has activated, add it to the batter with the salt. Mix in the flour, one cup at a time. The final ingredient is the chocolate chips, mix them into the batter.

Next, get a cookie sheet and put parchment paper on the base of it. Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to form dough balls and flatten the dough balls with the back of the spoon. Popz likes to weigh each dough ball to ensure the cookies are consistent in size.

Bake for 23 mins. The cookies may seem undercooked. Trust the process and take them out to cool.

Note: Do not heat the infused ingredient over 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
